Cancellation Policy
1. Full Upfront Payment and Service Reservation Payment Requirement: The full fee for the consultation service (Total Service Fee) is required and must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure and confirm the appointment. Purpose: Payment secures Business Architect's time and covers the full cost of the consultation service. Non-Refundable Nature: The Total Service Fee is non-refundable upon cancellation by the Client. 2. Rescheduling Policy Request Limit: The Client is allowed one (1) reschedule request per session purchased. Notice Requirement: The Client must provide written notice of the desire to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time. Forfeiture: If the Client fails to provide the required notice, or requests a second reschedule for the same session, the Total Service Fee is forfeited, and a new, full payment must be made to secure a new appointment time.
